New photography + responsive website redesign
While working at OPG's brand agency Forsman & Bodenfors as Creative Lead, we partnered with FlowPress to engineer a fresh new, modular based website. OPG wanted to provide users with more immersive and attractive content paired with a beautiful and modern interface that makes content easy to consume.
The Challenge
OPG's legacy website was not responsive and had a confusing backend with many limitations which created many challenges for Content Managers. The user interface was also dated and didn't give the impression OPG wanted to leave.

My Role
Given my experience and ability to wear many hats, I started this project by Art Directing a 4-day, multi location photoshoot to capture a fresh, new perspective for OPG. The imagery included bold pops of colour, lots of negative space and use of real employees working at nuclear and hydro power generating station to humanize the clean energy provider.

For the next stage of the brand refresh, I stepped into the UX Designer role to lead the digital team and design an user friendly experience in a highly effective and functional way.
The Solution
Working closely with the Information Architect and development team, I was the driving force behind the idea of designing a modular UX interface for the OPG website redesign. Creating 31 modules with modifiers which allow Content Managers to use a module different ways, gave them the flexibility to create hundreds of unique pages using a drag and drop builder vs an out of the box module system with restrictions.
